Is your website secure?

Yes. We have strict security measures in place to keep your privacy protected and your information confidential at all times. We do not retain your credit card information. It is sent directly to our secure online payment processor, eWay via a secure link.

How much does postage cost?

Within Australia, we have a flat rate for shipping. So no matter how many items you order, you will never pay more than $8 for postage per order.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes we do. And it's free! Just let us know your purchase is a gift for someone during the checkout process.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes we do. We ship worldwide. We charge a flat rate of $12 to ship to New Zealand and $15 for the rest of the world. All orders are sent via Airmail.

Do you accept phone orders?

Yes we do. Simply phone us on (03) 6334 9348 between 10AM-5.30PM Monday to Friday or on Saturday from 10AM-4PM. All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Why are your prices so cheap?

We prefer to say affordable. We thrive and survive by offering quality at an affordable price. We could charge you more but we would be just as happy for you to come back and buy from us regularly and tell your friends.
